If you provide us with your details, we may contact you about our property listings, promotions, and related products and services. We may utilise your personal information within Highland and share it with our authorised representatives and service providers who assist us in achieving the purposes for which we collected your data. Some of our service providers may have servers located in countries such as the USA, Europe, the Philippines, and Japan, and you consent to these international disclosures. If we do not have your information, we might be unable to offer you certain services, and you could miss out on valuable updates from us. Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and how you can contact us if you want to access or correct any personal information that we hold about you. Personal information is information about you, or which identifies you, like your name, contact details, and our records about you. It includes sensitive information about you, such as your health information. Highland may use cookies and online behavioural tracking tools to collect, store and monitor visitor traffic information and actions on our website. Some of the service providers we disclose your personal information to may have servers located overseas in various countries, including USA, Europe, Japan and Philippines.

7. Direct Marketing

Highland may, from time to time, send direct marketing communications to you about us and our products and services, our property listings and other material that we consider you would find interesting or useful. If you do not wish to receive such direct marketing communications, you can always opt out. If you are receiving email communications from us, there will be a mechanism to opt out contained in each of those emails. To stop receiving other communications from us, you can contact us via any of the channels listed below.
